Called in here after a walk with our two cockerpoos , the landlady and Hugo the frenchie made us very welcome . Beer was excellent ( Atlantic pale ale ) was only going to have the one , enjoyed the beer and company , thought it would be rude not to stay for another one . Will definitely call in here again, and thanx for the runner beans . Highly recommend a visit to this pub .
Had a buffet at a funeral. Food was basic but very nice and fresh... Customer service was very good. Staff friendly, and amenities very clean. Large outside area was a bonus.
We played our darts away game last night at Maesycwmmer Inn, brilliant atmosphere and really good bunch of boys there. Hats off to the captain Chris and the owner Dan. The gold standard of how a venue should be.
What a great community vibe. Went to the angel inn over the road and it was closed so ended up having a great night in Maesycwmmer inn. Plenty of banter with the locals. Bar staff were polite and willing to help Toilets were clean and fit for purpose. Pricing was good.

Great pub, great staff, very welcoming,caterers for funerals,birthday parties etc,cheese board on Wednesdays which is free,also cater for darts and pool teams!! This is a friendly local pub which will do their very most to help and encourage new customers,very recommended!!!!
